Need Guidance After Track Replacement

I put new tracks on my Dolphin. Now I have a problem with the unit starting and stopping in very shorts increments. I got it working correctly a couple of times but it won't keep working. It's probably something I did but at this point, not sure what caused the issue. Any ideas? Thks
