new Dolphin 30 caught a small branch in one of the brushes

robot was only circling in automatic and manually impossible to steer straight, we found a blocked brush, removed the object cleaned thoroughly filters etc, but problem is the same one of the brushes is not working properly and robot is making the same circles as before we removed the object. How can we fix the problem?
ADMIN REPLY: Most likely the side plate needs to be removed to check for more debris and inspect the tread.
