No Output From Power Supply

My four year old Aquabot Turbo power supply has failed. All components of the supply are good except the transformer. Removed the transformer. With a temporary cord put 120 volts to the transformer input wires. No output from the output wires. Should be 35 to 36 volts. Transfomer is stamped EI-96 45.
Where can I get a 120 volt input/36 volt 6 amp output transformer??
