old dolphin slow go

My dolphin was working fine the last time i used it. I cleaned it up and when i put it into the pool the next time the traction was very slow and the propeller on top did not move. it moved about 10 foot and changed directions and stopped right there. it did that twice. water was moving it through it forceably but no go! what should i do?
