One Track Turns

I HAVE A DOLPHIN DYNAMIC PLUS PURCHASED IN 2010 IT IS ONLY USED ABOUT 30 HOURS EACH YEAR. ONLY ONE OF THE TRACKS TURNS, BUT I HAVE TAKEN IT TO PIECES AND CLEANED OUT ANY DEBRIS AND THE TRACKS TURN EASILY WITH NO JAMMING.
WHEN IT IS PUT BACK IN THE WATER ONLY ONE TRACK TURNS.
THE REMOTE IS BROKEN BUT THE MACHINE DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE RETURNED TO THE DEFAULT SETTING.

IT IS IN MY HOUSE NEAR MACERATA LE MARCHE ITALY.

DOES ANYONE NO OF A REPAIRER IN THIS AREA

I WOULD BE GRATEFUL TO RECEIVE CONTACT DETAILS

I have exactly the same problem. In my case the circuit board inside the motor box was burnt. You have to replace the motor

Seems one of your motors may be bad. Replace the split wheel with a solid wheel from a non-remote Dolphin.
