Problem with old Dolphin DX4

Hi, I am located in Canada. Recently, I had the transformer and motor repaired by a technician on my Dolphin DX4. The gears are now working but when submerged, the propeller works for 3-5 seconds then stops, the tracks are still moving but since the propeller is not working, the DX4 does not stick to the bottom of the pool, it just float, I want to bring it back to my technician (who is not a Dolphin repair man but an electronic tech) and tell him what the problem might be.
