Transformer not working Model 220115C

I put a new fuse in and unpluged the robot. Fuse still blew. What now? Thanks for your help!

ADMIN REPLY: Now you troubleshoot the power supply. Check the fuse holder, the on/off switch, reset and timer. Just isolate each one with a jumper or test for shorts using the continuity function of a multimeter.
