troubleshooting

On the left side of my electrical unit that is attached to wheels, the black screw-like thingy came lose and the greeen and white wires are exposed. is this a quick fix? and how do you think it would have happened?

REPLY: If you are referring to the motor housing on a Dolhin Pool Cleaner, then the black screw thingy would be the cable. It has a screw in nut over a grommet. If the nut is unscrewed then the wires can be pulled off the terminals.
