Turbo won't climb and Keeps Cleaning Same Area

Hello
I'm finding my Aquabot Turbo very helpful in getting my pool clean in some areas or should I say in some case in the same area. The robot go over the same area every time I put it in the pool. another problem I'm having is the robot won't climb the walls of the pool. How can I fix this.
