Thanks much for the tips.

I've checked continuity on the connector, and it doesn't seem like there are any shorts there.

Do you have schematics or a diagram for the timer and reset circuits? I've got a pic of the boards inside, if it's helpful.

The timer may be bad, the reset may be bad or the plug outlet for the robot cable may be bad. Isolate each one
