wall Clima from davey won't turn

I have the wall Clima from davey (made by maytronics) . It runs from side to side does not turn or go to any other position in the pool .

The most obvious correction and you may have tried this already, change the handle position. The MUST be diagonal across the robot so the robot tilts at the water line.
