where can I buy the circuitboard?

Machine performs perfectly, until I tried to use it for the first time since last winter. The power supply must have been either dropped or the environment was too moist. I heard a rattling sound inside the power supply box so I opened it up. sure enough one of the resistors was floating around, it was very easy to figure out where it belonged as there were only 2 in there, Trying to locate a source for replacement as the MFG of the board is in Russia, and their website is in russian, and the MFG of the robot wants me to spend 200$ to just buy a new power supply box.
Help me out someone :-) ? Please

If you send a picture of the board, I may be able to supply the resistor. I have 0.1, 0.15, 0.5 and 18 Ohm values, all are 3 Watts. It's probably a 0.1 Ohm and I have those or others do on Ebay as well.
